Thank you for visiting my website. I’m an artist who paints abstract and semi abstract pictures inspired by my home county of Dorset as well as extensive travels abroad. I exhibit in galleries in the UK, and have been represented in the US. My work is also in several private collections. I hope you like what you see.
My Background
I trained in graphic design at Manchester Art College. (A pretty whacky time!) After a brief spell in advertising I left to start a design consultancy which I ran for 14 years. (Some seriously big clients!)
After a few years away from the art world I realised fine art was for me and I had my first one-man-exhibition in 2007. (Very nervous!)
I think in pictures all the time and love the excitement of seeing possibilities in landscapes and exploring the use of colours and their reactions when put together.
